CMB-TT

(Tabletop Deflasher)

The CMB-TT is a compact deflashing machine that can be used for testing and/or small part production. The machine has a high-speed throwing wheel (max 10,000 rpm) and a basket with a useable volume of approximately 1/4 cubic foot. The small footprint makes this machine ideal for customers with limited space.

  • Cabinet is fabricated using stainless steel components.
  • The blasting cabinet is insulated with 1.5” board insulation.
  • 1/4 cubic ft usable basket volume (1/2 cubic ft total). Variable speed 62 rpm max
  • High speed 6” diameter throwing wheel. Variable speed 10,000 rpm max
  • Media assist system (uses gaseous nitrogen or compressed air)
  • 6” Touch HMI and PLC controls

Plant Requirements

  • 30 PSI liquid nitrogen maximum – 3/8” NPT connection
  • 80 PSI gaseous nitrogen or compressed air maximum – 1/4″ NPT connection
  • 3” exhaust vent
  • 120V 15A power
