The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques, including the ability to weld stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel with precision and consistency. Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is required, along with the ability to read blueprints, follow welding specifications, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
